Job Description
This is an assembly-first role focused on building high-quality fan products and sub-assemblies, with occasional support in packaging and staging as production demand requires.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble fan products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
- Perform mechanical and basic electromechanical assembly, including electrical panel/control assembly
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Verify fit, function, and workmanship before product moves downstream
- Maintain a clean, organized assembly workstation
- Support packaging, staging, and inventory accuracy during peak periods
- Identify inefficiencies or quality risks and help improve the process
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly preferred
- Ability to read and follow basic assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Comfortable logging work orders and transactions in an ERP system
- High School diploma preferred, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
- Ability to frequently lift 25–50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs (with assistance as needed)
- Forklift certification a plus
Work Details
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Thursday with overtime potential
- Open manufacturing environment with hand/power tools, moving equipment, and typical production noise
