Job Description

This is an assembly-first role focused on building high-quality fan products and sub-assemblies, with occasional support in packaging and staging as production demand requires.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble fan products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
  • Perform mechanical and basic electromechanical assembly, including electrical panel/control assembly
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
  • Verify fit, function, and workmanship before product moves downstream
  • Maintain a clean, organized assembly workstation
  • Support packaging, staging, and inventory accuracy during peak periods
  • Identify inefficiencies or quality risks and help improve the process

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly preferred
  • Ability to read and follow basic assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
  • Comfortable logging work orders and transactions in an ERP system
  • High School diploma preferred, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
  • Ability to frequently lift 25–50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs (with assistance as needed)
  • Forklift certification a plus

Work Details

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Thursday with overtime potential
  • Open manufacturing environment with hand/power tools, moving equipment, and typical production noise
