Job Description

Ensure incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and outgoing components meet specification before moving downstream. This role is embedded in production and focused on inspection, verification, and documentation—not performing the assembly itself.

If you’re detail-oriented, disciplined, and take pride in catching issues early, this role has real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and parts to verify conformance to specifications
  • Perform in-process inspections of fan assemblies, sub-assemblies, and control panel assemblies
  • Verify fit, workmanship, wiring integrity, and dimensional accuracy against drawings and work instructions
  • Inspect outgoing fans, parts, kits, and control panels prior to release
  • Measure and verify components using basic inspection tools (tape measure, gauges, calipers as applicable)
  • Log inspection results, defects, and approvals into the company’s quality management system
  • Identify nonconformances and escalate issues before defects propagate through production
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, and Technical Support to address recurring quality issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing inspection, quality control, or technical assembly environments
  • Familiarity with electromechanical products and basic electrical/control assemblies
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Comfortable working in ERP or quality systems for logging and tracking inspections
  • Clear communicator who can work constructively with production teams

Work Details

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Thursday with overtime potential
  • Production and warehouse environment with mechanical and electrical assemblies
  • Exposure to hand and power tools, moving equipment, and typical production noise
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
