JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Requires skills to safely fabricate foam on horizontal & vertical saws (prior experience a plus)
2. Assist with assembly and foam kit lamination in production
3. Bale scrap foam as needed
4. Pick and bag loose poly-fiber to stock for sale
5. Maintains constant interface with inside sales team regarding customer orders
6. Ensure all jobs are met effectively and timely
7. Compliance with all safety & good housekeeping procedures
8. Ensure work areas are clean, kept orderly and aisleways are clear for through traffic
9. Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and assist customers with order loading as needed
10. Any other duties as assigned by management
